In class we are reading a book called The Little House On The Prairie. We are reading it for Chapter Chat. Chapter Chat is a New Zealand based company. Many classes around the whole country have signed up to read a certain book every term. Every class has to read a certain amount of pages every week. After we have read the amount of pages assigned to our class we have to answer questions about the story. We also do activities relating to the story. This week I chose to do the vocabulary activity. The vocabulary activity takes words out of the story and we have to find the definition of the words. There are 11 words in total. After you have done your activity you can post it on twitter where everyone that does Chapter Chat can see it. Here is my vocabulary activity!
